PorchFest 2012
At the end of the summer each year the Fall Creek community in Ithaca, New York gets together to share and celebrate live music from the porches of their homes. Bands play on their own or a friend’s porch to the community for free. Over 100 bands played, with music ranging from classical to roots rock to country to pop to reggae to punk rock and from Appalachian to Brazilian to Irish to Swedish to Zimbabwean.
